Serious injuries can happen when you least expect them

Civil Assaults

When an individual intentionally harms another person they are responsible for the harm they cause.  This includes pain and suffering, lost capacity to earn income, and past and future medical and care expenses.

We have acted for individuals who have been harmed as a result of another person kicking or punching them.  At law a civil assault is termed an “intentional tort”. A defendant who is found liable for an intentional tort can not have a court judgement against them for the harm they caused discharged on bankruptcy.
